My therapy approach draws from a range of Relational Psychoanalytical theories, which focus on attuning to the client’s subjective life experiences in order to gain an in-depth understanding of his/her personal perspective. The effectiveness of the Relational model springs from the client/therapist relationship, a key conduit towards greater self-awareness and personal growth.
Additional aspects of the treatment process involve the therapist and client collaboratively identifying effective solutions and strategies towards addressing current challenges, as well as highlighting personal strengths and resources, in order to further propel meaningful movement forward.
Additional therapeutic modalities are integrated into the therapy sessions, when suitable.
